    We currently DO NOT ACCEPT returns for opened or unopened products, as it is not safe for us to let items re-enter our warehouse and food processing facility once they have been received by a customer.

    Product that is damaged, either from origin or in transit, to a degree which would be unsafe for consumption may be eligible for a replacement or refund. Photo documentation is required.

    Lost packages may be eligible for replacement or refund only upon a successful carrier claim. Our common carriers are USPS. USPS claims may be submitted 15 days after ship date. USPS claims take 5-7 business days for resolution.
